According to the Logitech Blog, the Google TV that they are producing will include onboard Harmony Remote software. This will allow the Google TV to act as a Harmony remote controlled by a cell phone or Android device. This is all powered by the new Harmony Link software, giving the Google TV control over all of your entertainment appliances including cable boxes, receivers, PCs, game consoles, and TVs. The benefit of having the Google TV appliance do the controlling is that it will remember your previous commands even if it wasn't your phone doing the controlling. This way, the last input would still be saved in the Harmony Link system.
